A Detachable Transformer Radiator is a removable cooling unit connected to the transformer tank through flanged joints. Unlike welded radiators, detachable designs allow individual radiator banks to be installed, replaced, or maintained without replacing the complete cooling system.
This design is especially suitable for medium and large oil-filled transformers where transportation, installation, and future maintenance are critical.
